If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Our return system is designed to prioritise exchanges and store credit, helping us reduce waste, protect small-batch production, and keep delivering unique, limited collections. Please note that refunds are not available for international orders.

We offer 14 days from delivery to request a return.

Exchanges are the fastest and easiest way to get the right fit or style.

If your preferred item is unavailable, you can opt for store credit instead.
Store Credit
Store credit is issued as a digital gift card, valid for 12 months and can be used on all future drops.

Refunds
Refunds are available for full-priced items only, once your return has been received and inspected.
Please note:

Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact hello@repkulture.com.au within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
We’ll arrange:

✔ An exchange
✔ Or a full refund (including shipping)

International Orders - Returns & Store Credit
Due to the high costs and logistics involved in international shipping, international returns are eligible for store credit only.
International Return Conditions:

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

Duties, taxes, and original shipping fees are non-refundable
